The price and room shown online didn't match what I found at check-in. They said my booked room was suddenly unavailable and put me in a much smaller one with a folding bed. They then wanted extra money to give me the room I had originally booked. The person handling things from the hotel side switched off his phone when I tried to reach him. At the front desk, staff were rude and unhelpful, with no real explanation or apology, just attitude. This was a terrible and stressful experience. It cost my time and money, and I wouldn't recommend booking here.

Dust covered the window panes, and there were tobacco spit stains on them. The bedsheets also had visible dirt, while the washroom was unclean and smelled foul. The room felt completely neglected when it came to hygiene and upkeep. For the price and discomfort, it wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a decent, clean stay.

They charged me for the breakfast that was supposed to be complimentary, so I paid twice for a poor plate of poha. At Rs. 190, it was ghatiya, and you can get better breakfast on the street. Before that, they put me in a room with seepage on all four walls, and the AC wasn't working either.

The rooms are cramped, and there was no staff, service or cleaning. The details about the rooms and service are false, so don't visit sai lodging (nashik). It was a bad experience.

The location is fantastic for travelers, and breakfast was good for an Express. The rooms were clean, and the staff were pleasant, courteous and very understanding of what guests need. Check-in and check-out were extremely quick. All is well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
