Some staff were cooperative, and they let us use another room's bathroom because ours was partly broken. The restaurant food was just okay, and the location was bad. There were tiny flying feathers in the air. Our room wasn't clean, and I couldn't tell when the bedsheets had last been changed. The receptionist was rude, and the next morning he was lying drunk on the floor.

Hotel Sachin Regency was awful. The rooms were dingy, there was no service, and the location was inconvenient. Avoid it if you care about comfort or good service. This property is bank crapt.

The local staff behaved well, and there's Wi-Fi and parking for only 3-4 cars. There are 12 AC rooms in this old property near Nashik Road Railway Station, but there is no restaurant. Hot water is available 24/7, and the room facilities include a towel and soap. The location is convenient, though I wouldn't consider it suitable for families. It may be okay for people staying overnight while traveling. Rooms are spacious, but both the hotel and rooms badly need renovation. Cleanliness and upkeep are poor, and the toilets and rooms smell unpleasant. Services and facilities are limited for a zero-star property and need improvement. I hope they improve over time.

There was no hot water, no TV unit, and the AC didn't work. The washroom and toilet weren't clean either. The bedsheet already had visible spots when I checked in, and the hotel was awful and disgusting. I would not bring a family here or recommend it as a family stay. It seems suited only to couples looking to spend 1-2 hrs or have a one-night stand.

There was no hot water, the washrooms were dirty, and the place had no neatness or service. This was a very poor hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it.
