We paid a premium, but the food was tasteless, poorly prepared, and served in tiny portions. The villa also felt overpriced for what it offered, and there weren’t even toiletries. Basic hospitality standards were missing. The pool had electrical current flowing through it, which was a serious safety hazard. The experience felt careless and poorly managed, with little concern for guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families or groups expecting safety, good food, and basic amenities. There are much better options at this price.
The room itself was decent, but our stay from October 26th to 28th was frustrating, restrictive, and not worth the price. The property is isolated, so without your own vehicle you’re stuck without a way to get food or explore. It was hard to find too, and we might not have made it without Google Maps. Even though we’d paid in full, check-in took another 30 minutes, and calls went unanswered. The owner/property handler was rude, blunt, and unprofessional. We felt our privacy was repeatedly invaded. The caretaker kept checking on us and turned off lights without permission, including lights we needed. It felt like we were being monitored instead of hosted. The pool was filthy, maintenance was poor, and a large, aggressive dog roamed freely. That dog wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and the place didn’t feel safe for pets or families. We were also handed a separate set of house rules to sign after arriving, rules that hadn’t been listed on Airbnb. They demanded a ₹9,000 security deposit, plus another ₹3,000 if you bring a pet, supposedly for “keeping guests in check.” Outside food and deliveries were banned, and guests couldn’t cook either, so making morning coffee or tea or bringing something convenient was out of the question. It felt designed to push guests into their own meals, which were badly overpriced and poor quality: ₹1,500 per person per day for basic food, or ₹600 per person for a BBQ that barely fed one. We ordered four portions, but the total wouldn’t have satisfied even two people. One-star food at best, like dhaba food presented as “luxury dining.” The whole stay felt like paying to have our vacation controlled. If you want to relax, have privacy, and enjoy a proper holiday, this restrictive, overpriced, misrepresented place isn’t it. Save your money and sanity and choose somewhere else.
The staff were very nice and gave good service, and our room was clean and beautiful. The villa itself is gorgeous, with lovely views and mountains all around. It’s very near Trimbakeshwar jyotirling, so there’s less traveling. Five stars.
There was plenty of outdoor space to sit with family and friends, which was one of my favorite things about the villa. It was spacious, luxurious, and beautiful, and the maintenance was spot on. The pool was clean and nice, the food Ramesh prepared was fresh and delicious, and Mr Ramesh was at the gate to welcome us. Our stay was awesome, and I’d love to come again.
The warm hospitality and friendly staff made us feel really cared for, and the service was excellent. Eden Vila in nashik had lovely gardens, a relaxing pool, a sunset deck, and cozy, homey vibes. The organic farming and sweetest pet dog added to its charm. Such a peaceful place, I can’t wait to visit again.
