Freesia Resort by Express Inn

Fressia resort Nashik has a lovely atmosphere, surrounded by natural beauty. Lunch in the restaurant was amazing, and Mr. Avesh looked after us with real care and grace. Thank you for a very good experience.

The in-house restobar was a real plus, with good-tasting food and decent quality, and it was nice to have that option without leaving the resort. The room met our basic expectations. The location made getting around easy, close to the city center and very near Sula Vineyard, which was reachable on foot. Staff were polite, helpful, and respectful of our time. My family and I had a very good stay, and I would recommend it to families.

The room itself had several problems: the balcony chairs were extremely dirty, the hand wash dispenser was broken, corners were visibly unclean, and the TV was old and poor quality, practically useless. Even after repeated calls and several complaints, the water heater in the premium room we chose never got fixed. A staff member eventually came in wearing shoes and left the floor dirty. That was unhygienic and unprofessional. For what we paid, the maintenance and service were shockingly poor. This so-called premium resort didn't live up to its claims, and I'd advise others to think carefully before staying.

The rooms and ambience were excellent, and the hospitality made for a wonderful, comfortable stay at Freesia Resort Nashik. Special thanks to Sachin for his great service and for making the visit memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing Nashik stay.
