The food offering at breakfast is very limited, and you’re restricted to what they provide. Even if you skip the complimentary breakfast, you still get charged, so I’d avoid it. GST is added too, so ask for a proper GST receipt when you pay. The service didn’t justify the market price, and the hotel felt overpriced for what you get.

The vegetarian restaurant serves good food, including thali and other dishes, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, and the service was nice. It’s a pleasant restaurant in the heart of the city.

There’s a restaurant at the hotel, and the staff were nice. I liked the place, especially since it’s close to CBS.

The location is handy, near CBS and Mela bus station, with shared rickshaws available for Panchvati and Mumbai Naka. Parking is available, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat besides the restaurant attached to the hotel. Our spacious room was kept neat and clean, and the lobby was well maintained.

Cleaning needs a lot of improvement. There were mosquitoes and rats, and the rats chewed through our bags and snacks. The food was very low quality, zero stars from me. A terrible experience, not recommended at all.
