We’ve stayed here overnight twice with family while travelling, and the property is decent and good value. It’s right on the main road, with car parking available, and we liked the food at the rooftop restaurant. The washrooms are small, though that’s typical of a budget business hotel. I’d give it a thumbs up for a short stop of a day or two, especially if you mainly need somewhere to eat and sleep or expect to be out most of the time.

The breakfast buffet had limited choices and could be improved for the price. The restaurant food itself was good, and room service was available until 1:00 AM. Reception staff were polite and cooperative. Rooms were compact but well maintained, and probably best for one person or a couple. I’m not sure a family with kids would be comfortable. The washroom was clean, the basic amenities matched the price, and the hotel has open but sufficient parking.

We had a relaxed weekend at Triton, and the staff were supportive. The rooftop restaurant served tasty multi-cuisine food, and I was impressed by the quality. Rooms were cozy, not large, but enough for our two-day stay, with sufficient amenities for the rate. Coming from Pune road, the hotel was close to the highway and Panchawati area. Parking wasn’t enough, though, and since the hotel sits on the highway under a very long flyover, you need to take the right exit when coming off it.

The owner and staff were courteous, and Rohit deserves a special mention. He handled our luggage sincerely and even cleaned my vehicle without expecting anything in return. The vegetarian rooftop restaurant was good, and breakfast had a good spread. The beds were good, shower powerful, lighting ample, amenities worked, and parking was decent. This is a well designed business hotel with clean rooms, and I had a comfortable stay during a ride through Nashik. It’s not a luxury resort. There were some room readiness issues: TV channels didn’t work despite staff trying to fix them, and at check-in the minibar was empty and the fridge was switched off. I only realized the fridge was off at checkout because the water bottle I’d put in it was still at room temperature. Staff showed me the switch above the table. I left the bottle behind and asked the front desk for chilled water, which they gave me. Management should have a proper room readiness checklist or supervisor before assigning rooms. The most serious concern was how my 2-wheeler keys were handled by the valet. After parking, I saw that a custom fob was missing from my keychain. At first I was told it had never been there. The front desk and owner reviewed CCTV, which confirmed it was intact when I handed it over. I appreciated their transparency, cooperation and willingness to investigate thoroughly. I declined compensation because I was concerned about accountability, not money. It was a comfortable stay with good food and courteous people. I lowered my rating only because of the valet and key incident and the operational lapses.

It’s a decent hotel and good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and modern with all the amenities, the team managing the place is professional, and there’s parking on the premises. It’s near the mandira and ghats tourists may want to visit. The rooms are small but manageable, and it can get quite noisy on the highway. Renovation work was going on, with the smell of polish all around. One night I arrived around 9-10, and the guard was fully drunk and could hardly walk. Hotel management should look into that and try to sort it out.
