Hotel Vishal Palace

The food was good and came in big portions, and the manager and staff were all very helpful. We booked three days at first, then ended up staying a whole week because we liked it so much. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the service was very good.

The manager's behavior was the most shocking part of our stay. He shouted at us, was rude and abusive, and forcefully told us to leave. Later he said he was following the owner's instructions. That conduct toward guests is unacceptable and has badly damaged the hotel's goodwill. The room at Hotel Palace was unhygienic, with cockroaches and a broken washroom window. Basic cleanliness wasn't maintained, and there was no hot water even in winter, which was a serious inconvenience for the senior citizens and children with us. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

It's a safe place for families, and the location is excellent, very close to the Railway station. Staff were courteous, helpful, and ready to assist. Mr Shiv Raj at the desk was especially pleasant and tried to adjust the check-in and check-out timing. I'd recommend it.

I paid 3000 rupees for three people for one night. Nothing went wrong, but the experience was only okay and could have been better.
