OYO 68808 Hotel Raghav

We were left standing outside the hotel for three hours while they told us to call customer support. I called several times and the issue still wasn’t resolved. Even though we’d booked a week ahead, our room wasn’t available, and the staff weren’t cooperative. They asked for extra money for a bigger room, and although they offer deals, they don’t honor them. We faced too many booking problems for this to be a good hotel for families.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and it’s couple friendly. At reception they initially refused to check me in because I’d booked online. Customer support sorted it out after I contacted them, since I’d paid online. I recorded the whole thing on my GoPro as proof and for my own safety. rohan helped me out.

The restaurant was bad too: the food was pathetic, they served stale chapati, and the cutlery was very dirty with yellow stains. In the room, the bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket, and towels were used and dirty. I complained, but nothing was done. There’s no intercom for room service, and the managers and receptionist were very rude.

The staff disappeared after I paid and didn’t come back. The room was dirty and smelled bad, there was no TV, and there wasn’t even drinking water. No hot water for bathing either. Worst experience ever, with terrible service.
