The resort is quite well maintained and worked well as a budget friendly option. We had a good overall stay and I'd recommend it. Our room wasn't properly cleaned at first, but the staff acted promptly and sorted it as soon as we let them know. They were courteous throughout. In the evening, there was a big projector by the pool for watching the match, which was a nice way to relax at the resort. They could offer more breakfast choices.

The staff were polite and supportive, and did their best to help. Beyond that, the stay was a disappointment and didn't justify the price. What we saw online didn't match the actual property, and the rooms felt more like a cheap one-star hotel than the place advertised. Cleanliness and hygiene were poor, and the rooms weren't properly maintained. The property also looked different from the pictures and descriptions. I wouldn't recommend it.
The mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable, and at ₹3500 a night I ended up with body pain. Highway construction right in front added plenty of dust and noise. The cottage rooms were decent, but bathroom facilities were poor. Hot water was a serious issue: after leaving the tap closed for about 10 minutes, I got hardly 2 liters, which wasn't nearly enough. The TV never worked despite repeated complaints, and there were only a few free-to-air channels. There's a constant foul smell outside the room. I later learned there is a garbage dumping depot next to the resort. The pool was extremely unhygienic too. Even after cleaning, the water stayed green and was unusable. Food was mixed: some dishes tasted good, but the kofta and similar vegetable dishes were terrible, and paying for them felt like a waste. For a resort, it's surprising that the first aid facility was just one tablet, Nisib. I stayed for two days hoping for a relaxing break, but had a disappointing time. Although the resort is right by the highway, there's only a petrol pump nearby, and getting a cab or local transport is extremely difficult. I'm writing this in detail so others looking for peace and relaxation don't end up as stressed and disappointed as I was.
We had a great stay in January with family and friends, and the kids had fun too. It wasn't too cold. The staff were supportive and arranged an outdoor dinner table where we chatted until 2 am. I'd recommend the stay to others.
The staff were so kind and reassuring, and made the whole place feel cozy and homely. Shraddha, Kishan, Ranjeet sir, Aadi, and really everyone on the team stayed on their toes to give us a great stay. The service was top notch, and the food was utterly delicious and zesty. The comfort of the stay was beyond words.
