Don’t book this hotel. It smells bad, there’s no hot water, and it has a lot of problems. It isn’t suitable for families. Dear,Sai pritam hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the service. The room was dirty, although the only room boy was good, and the food was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’d hoped to enjoy my stay, but instead I was left frustrated and disappointed. I’m writing to ask for your help in putting things right. What a terrible experience. The service was extremely poor, and the staff weren’t helpful. The toilets were filthy and clearly hadn’t been maintained. This was the worst service ever. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The highway noise was hard to ignore, and there’s no geyser in the bathroom. If you ask, attendants bring hot water in a bucket. The building is very old and the condition shows. It might suit students or travelers on a very tight budget, but I’d avoid it otherwise. Spend a little more and there are plenty of decent hotels nearby.
