We booked four Deluxe rooms for 12 people, with breakfast, and the whole stay in Navi Mumbai was a bad experience. The rooms weren’t managed properly, and there seemed to be no management keeping track of the problems. Staff were careless and uncooperative, and it felt like the place was just there to make money. The AC cooling was too weak in every room. The bathroom and main door locks didn’t work properly, and in one room a piece of POP fell on my head. Breakfast was poorly arranged and prepared, so we didn’t eat it. A waste of both time and money.

The breakfast had lots of freshly made choices and tasted delicious. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with a very comfortable bed.

We meant to stay overnight, but the room was so uncomfortable and poorly maintained that we left the same evening. The atmosphere felt suffocating, and it was a complete waste of money. The AC didn’t work, furniture was broken, paint was peeling, and there was no hand wash in the bathroom. Everything seemed damaged. Avoid this hotel.
