I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk seemed focused only on money and, in my experience, took advantage of customers and their circumstances. Customer service was horrible, with no sense of hospitality. It doesn’t deserve any stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oaks. The Captain service was excellent, and every staff member was extremely polite, helpful, and well behaved.

The service was practically nonexistent, and the staff were extremely rude and arrogant. A terrible hotel experience and not worth the money.

The rooms are just okay, though better than a lodge. Reception basically hands you the key and sends you on your way, with little to say. It’s in a purely industrial area, so don’t expect anything nearby, not even a basic grocery store.

Everything felt perfect during my stay at Hotel Seven Oaks, with no issues at all. The rooms were neat and clean, and their luxurious design made for a very comfortable stay. It offers excellent service and hospitality, and I’d count it among the best hotels to stay in.
