Capital O 93336 Hotel Stay Inn

The beds were so comfortable that we slept really well, and the rooms had what we needed. The whole hotel was clean and well cared for, which made the stay more comfortable. Staff were friendly and happy to help with our requests. I had a lovely time at Capital O Stay Inn and would recommend it to anyone after a clean, welcoming place with helpful staff.

I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years because the prices are reasonable, the service is good, and they keep both the rooms and bathrooms clean. The receptionist is very friendly, and the rest of the staff are great too. Capital Stay is near Rabale Station. You can walk there or take an auto-rickshaw from Rabale Station West for ₹50.

The owner refused my Agoda booking for the next three days and shouted at me, saying, “It is your problem and money,” when I asked him to cancel it. The hotel is in an industrial area far from the city. I’d booked one night with free breakfast through Agoda, and the reception looked nice when I arrived. They let me stay that first day, though the room was below average and had lots of mosquitoes and bed bugs. I was tired after work and just needed sleep, so I put up with it. When I asked for mosquito liquid, they gave me agarbattis and a matchstick. Agoda said breakfast was free, but they charged me 200 Rs for two dosa and refused to give me a bill. I had booked and paid for three more days through the Agoda app because of work, and the booking was confirmed. This was a nightmare of a stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a great stay, and even ordered food that turned out to be amazing. The place was spotless, and the owner and staff were so friendly that it felt like being at home. Highly recommended.
