Fabexpress Rajmahal

I paid Rs500 for early check-in, but they wouldn't give me a bill for it. I raised the issue with FabHotels, and they didn't help resolve it either. The location was poor, cleanliness was seriously lacking, and there wasn't even a basic option like morning tea on site. The lack of dining and amenities was a major downside, and I wouldn't recommend it for families. They need to improve the cleanliness and facilities.

The place is in a bad location, and there was a constant fish like smell from somewhere nearby, possibly a factory. It even got into the rooms. Inside, the rooms were awful, with a strange persistent odor, lots of mosquitoes, and cockroaches. Although we paid for AC rooms, they first put us in a non-AC room, probably because they had overbooked. We were moved to an AC room later, but water was unavailable most of the time, and they even switched off the AC at night. You have to climb two flights of stairs because there's no lift. It was a horrible stay. Don't trust the Fab Express tag, it definitely wasn't worth it.

There was no restaurant, even though I'd paid Rs. 150 in advance for breakfast. The bathroom had no toiletries, just one towel, and hot water wasn't available around the clock. They charged me Rs. 650 more than the amount shown on the website. At Rs. 2000, I could have stayed in a 3-star room. This feels like cheating, and I'm going to write a review about it. What is this supposed to be?

I left within three hours. The rooms were dirty, the windows hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned either. The photos on the site are misleading, and I didn't feel the location was safe for women staying there. A complete waste of money.
