Fabhotel Guru Heritage

Dirty rooms and a washroom that stank. A third class hotel, slums are better. The worst experience, would never recommend it.

The room was messy, damp and smelly, and the whole property was very dirty. The AC and geyser weren't working. I only stayed three hours because it was 1.45 am and I had no other option. A very bad experience, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This is the same property as fabhotel guru heritage. The photos have been altered. The rooms and linen were dirty, there was no lift or wifi, and the old AC didn't work.

We were turned away after I arrived on time with my family and paid the initial amount. The staff said no rooms were available. We had travelled 38 KM from the airport, and being refused a room felt like harassment. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Customer care was useless too: nobody answered our calls, and there was no support or sense of responsibility. Don't send me false messages saying I didn't check in. I WAS THERE, and the hotel took our money before turning us away. I've never seen such pathetic, mismanaged service. I won't use or recommend your booking system. Fix it instead of fooling customers. I don't want your services again. Refund my money immediately.
