The breakfast buffet was varied, hygienic, and delicious, and the location was very convenient. Staff were professional and polite. I’d booked a suite with early check-in, but it wasn’t ready, so they offered a junior suite right away rather than leave me waiting after a long trip. It was spacious, nicely designed, and spotless, bathroom included. At checkout, they waived my room service charges to make up for the room change. That was a thoughtful gesture. I had a great stay at Hotel Corporate and would recommend it.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and this time I booked a room with a bathtub. It’s become a preferred choice for me in Navi Mumbai. The rooms and other areas are clean and look good, and staff service is generally good. I did have to wait a little once when I needed room service for an AC problem. The hotel is in a prime spot in CBD belapur, with all kinds of restaurants, cafes, and stores right in front.

The breakfast mix-up was uncomfortable. My two-day booking didn’t include breakfast, but when I called room service to order a dosa, I was told there was a complimentary buffet in the restaurant and I could go down. After I took a plate and served myself a spoon of poha, a staff member asked for my room number and said I’d have to pay. This was in front of other guests, which felt embarrassing. I explained what I’d been told over the phone and offered to return to my room and order separately if there’d been a misunderstanding. After checking, the staff member said I could eat since I was already there. The matter was settled, but the way it was handled left me feeling awkward about how it looked to others. I travel often and tend to compare stays with places like Ramada Hotels and The Fern Hotels & Resorts. This property is small, but the hospitality was very good overall. The rooms were comfortable, and the front desk team was especially welcoming and polite. Mr. Shekhar at reception was warm and professional, and made my stay pleasant. The service, cleanliness, and front desk professionalism were good, so I’m still giving the hotel 5 stars. I hope management handles situations like this more discreetly. I’d like to stay again, though this experience may make me consider other options next time.

I booked this while on an office tour. The hotel is easy to reach in navi mumbai, the staff and service are good, and the food is delicious. Mc d, atm, dcathlon, and dmart are all within walking distance.
