The hotel was new, with decent interiors, but the rooms felt too small, the breakfast was average, and the locality was poor. There was confusion over almost everything during our corporate booking of three rooms through one agency. At check-in around midnight, they insisted all guests from all three rooms had to be present, even though we didn't know who the third guest was. After a long argument, they let us stay. Breakfast for two that we'd requested for one room was reportedly delivered to another room when nobody was there. On the second day, while we were at a conference, staff called to say our luggage was being moved to reception because the booking was for one day. We hadn't been told as we left, and didn't know what we'd find when we got back. After arguing, the rooms were restored. My AC wasn't working, and I was told I'd booked a non-AC room, while a colleague said the AC in their room worked. The next day we were told non-AC rooms didn't exist. Breakfast was complimentary on day one, then said to be excluded from our package on day two. It was a thoroughly frustrating stay.
