Since I was on my own, the small inconveniences didn’t bother me much, and the stay was perfectly fine overall. I was there for one day. The bathroom lock didn’t work, there was no hot water late at night, and room service wasn’t very active.

I really enjoyed my stay at starwood residency. It was peaceful, conveniently located, and good value for money. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I’d recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.

The location is fine, and the room is compact. It’s budget friendly, and the staff, Joseph & sunil, were good.

They kept questioning me whenever I entered, asking where I was going and which room was mine, and staff would follow me around asking why I was there. Even after check-in, they knocked and disturbed me. The staff were very rude and wouldn’t cooperate, and they wouldn’t even let a friend help carry my luggage from the room. There was a mouse in the bathroom. The hotel felt cheap, and the service did too. I booked at one rate, then got quoted a different amount when I asked to extend for a night. They call it Fab or Oyo, but the staff don’t even seem to know. Hilarious experience. I don’t know what attitude they have.

The service was very nice, the atmosphere peaceful, and the food delicious and good quality.
