Parnay Deshmukh at the Front Desk made my birthday stay so memorable. He decorated my room beautifully and even waited until midnight to wish me. That thoughtfulness and genuine warmth meant a lot. The valet team also impressed me with prompt, courteous service, making everything smooth. It was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely return.

The restaurant team sent me off with pastries at my last breakfast, a really nice touch. I stayed eight nights in mid-April 2026, while upgrades to the facilities were underway, and the new gym is superb. The food was excellent, the facilities exceeded my expectations, and security and front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. It was worth it, and I’d consider staying again.

Breakfast had a good range and was enjoyable, and the team kindly arranged the late checkout we asked for. Even with repair work going on, it was handled well and didn’t affect our night. We booked two rooms for a family stay, and they were cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. Mohit made check-in welcoming and smooth. The hotel is beside Inorbit Mall, which is handy for shopping and leisure. Booking through the Marriott app was seamless, the call centre was prompt and efficient, and the hotel contacted us before arrival to ask about preferences. A well-managed place with a team that cares about guest comfort and service.

For a one-night booking, we weren’t expecting much, so it was a nice surprise to find the lobby renovated compared with the photos. The refurbished rooms looked impressive, and breakfast was good. The front desk was courteous, service was excellent, and we were comfortable during our stay.
