Hotel Grande 51

We paid 8400 for three days, and the room wasn't worth that price. It was cleaned only once during our stay, and there were cockroaches in the cupboard and on the table. I told the hotel staff, but they took no action and didn't seem interested in helping or resolving anything. Someone had also let the air out of two of my car's tyres in the parking area. I'm very disappointed. I had been planning a visit for 5month, but I won't come again. Thanks for saving my money.

The food at our family function was by far the worst part of booking the banquet hall this month. I was invited to a tasting and liked the food then, but what they served on the event day was horrible. The paneer didn't taste like paneer at all; the cut salad was the only good menu item. Staff were courteous, and the hall arrangements, management, sound and other provisions were decent. I wouldn't recommend booking the banquet hall if you also plan to get the food from them. I'm not sure about the hotel rooms.

We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, and the location was handy for getting to major attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and our room was immaculate and very comfortable.

The bedsheets were torn, the service was very poor, and breakfast was low quality, with stale bread served. On top of that, the reception team and other staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with repeated misbehavior that made our stay unpleasant. I had a very disappointing experience at Grand 51 Hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Management needs to improve the service and staff behavior.
