The staff and reception person were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. For the money, that lack of professionalism was unacceptable. The lounge room was far smaller and less comfortable than the description and photos suggested, with barely any room to move. The bathroom was even more cramped, badly designed, and inconvenient. The place needs major improvements in space, cleanliness, and staff behavior. I wouldn't recommend this lounge room to anyone.

The staff were friendly and the service was great during my three-night stay at hotel pearl. My room was absolutely neat and clean. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The TV didn't work, and there were no towels, soap, or water provided. The room was disgusting and very unhygienic, with cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere. Please don't ever book this hotel.

It was easy to get around from this hotel, which worked well for my business trip. My room was tidy, comfortable, and in good condition, with the basic amenities I needed. The staff were polite and helpful, and I had a pleasant stay.
