7 Apple Hotel Mahape

Mr. Santosh was arrogant and unwilling to cooperate, and his way of speaking was completely unacceptable. I cancelled my booking at reception and left. The brochure about a “Sense of hospitality” felt like a joke. They should read it and put it into practice. I wouldn’t book here, especially with plenty of other options nearby.

The food and ambience are good for the rates. It’s a little far from the local stations, but autos are easy to find for getting around. D mart is right next door, which made it convenient to pick up anything I’d forgotten for my trip.

There aren’t many good restaurants nearby, and the industrial area felt a bit smoggy when I walked around, so I wouldn’t suggest staying here if pollution bothers you. The hotel is in Mahape beside d mart, near the highway, and somewhat outside the city’s main areas. My room felt small and had no wardrobe. Service was okay, as was the staff service, and the buffet had some breakfast choices. A reasonable option in the mid price range.

The housekeeping team kept everything clean and welcomed us warmly each day. Priya and her team greeted us every morning and gave us great service. Yash and Prathamesh also helped put smiles on our faces. Thanks to them and all the staff for making our stay a good one.
