The ceiling fan started burning in the middle of the night and filled the room with smoke, which felt like a serious safety hazard. There's no security guard and no proper staff. If you go out late, reception opens the gate as if you're a nuisance. The rooms were filthy, with cockroaches crawling around, burn holes in the sheets, and curtains that looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. Breakfast was pathetic. Tea came in a paper cup, and you had to beg for sugar. There was no menu, and they seemed to charge whatever they wanted. Near the end of breakfast time, the cook would literally run away if you asked for food. This place feels like a shabby house pretending to be a hotel. Total waste of money, avoid at all costs. At 11:00pm on 03 oct25, the front desk person argued with me about the booking I had made through make my trip and denied it, then asked me for extra money. He was also rude and dismissive, and there was no proper room service. I don't know his name, but I asked the owner, Mr Amarendra, to take him off duty because this kind of treatment could spoil the hotel. If my booking is still unclear, the owner can ask him about that argument.
