Hotel Radana by FabHotels

When we walked into the room, it was full of little flies, and there were tiny cockroaches in the handwash area of the bathroom. We asked the cleaning staff to deal with it, and they did, but cleanliness and maintenance overall were still at zero. The manager at reception also didn’t know basic manners for speaking to customers. I usually avoid speaking badly about places because I don’t want to hurt their overall performance, but Radana Hotel was such a serious problem that I’d give it zero stars if that were an option. Not recommended for people who expect decent service. This is what happened, and they should improve. Otherwise, what was the point of the money we paid?

The rooms were awful, and there were cockroaches everywhere. Even with an online booking, they demanded extra money, saying Make My Trip was showing a discount that they wouldn’t honor. One of the worst hotel experiences. Don’t go.

If you’re on a tight budget, it can work. Breakfast is brought to your room, and what they had was three pieces of idli.

The refund is still outstanding months later. They kept a hefty amount and said they’d return the rest in 7-10 business days, but several follow-ups have got no response. The room was disgusting, with bird and rat droppings, dust, mold on the walls, and ants on the bed. Staff were rude and unhelpful. There’s no elevator, so I had to carry most of our luggage up four floors. For 6k a night, there wasn’t even a water bottle in the room, and the location felt unsafe. The pictures I took show the health hazard for themselves. Management is incompetent, the rooms are unhygienic, and one star feels too generous. Save your money and sanity.
