We usually come here for the restaurant. The food is tasty, especially the Neer dosa and Prawns mangalori curry. Gadbad is a popular dessert. It's opposite Rabale railway station, and there's plenty of parking.

The service isn't good value for the price. As a regular guest, I'm concerned these problems could leave new customers with a bad impression, and the overall experience needs improvement. Cleanliness was up to expectations, and I appreciate the management's effort. Wi-Fi kept having problems and the team seemed to be trying, but it never got fixed. The air conditioning also worked intermittently. Food quality was acceptable overall, though the roti was hard. For a deluxe room, it was surprising that toiletries and a minibar weren't provided, and bottled water cost extra.

I usually stay here when I come to Mumbai, about once a month. The rooms are clean and looked after, and the staff are polite, responsive, and ready to help. Service feels professional, and the hospitality makes for a comfortable stay.
