The bathroom was filthy, with water stains, a bad odor, and no sign of proper cleaning. The whole stay was terrible. My room smelled bad, the bedsheets and towels were unclean, and the staff were rude and didn’t fix anything after I complained. The food was cold and unhygienic, and I didn’t feel safe there. I’d never recommend staying here.

The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. They responded quickly when I had requests. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a cozy bed, tidy washroom, and basic amenities in good condition. The location was convenient for the Coldplay Concert. I had a pleasant stay.

The rooms were okay, and it’s a nice place for a business stay. It’s not for couples, though, and older people may have trouble climbing the steps since there’s no lift.

I stayed last night and came away very disappointed. The washroom hadn’t been cleaned, the room was dirty, and the bedsheets were stained. The staff didn’t seem to care or respond properly. Very poor service and an unhygienic room, definitely not recommended.

The rooms were clean, the food was tasty, and I had a very good experience.
