The food was fine, and Vishnu did his best to settle me when things felt overwhelming and chaotic. The rooms, though, were very poor. I asked to switch and was moved to another room that was just as bad. Everything else was really bad too.

The hotel had a nice ambience and the service made the stay worth the money. My room was spacious, though I wasn't happy with its overall condition. Breakfast came from the hotel's own restaurant, with okay choices but not very good quality. One thing to know: there’s no lift.

I stayed for four days, and the rooms, restaurant, and surroundings were all well maintained. Vishnu Pradeep, the housekeeping manager, along with Pavan and Vishnu, helped me a lot since I’m new to Mumbai. One of the best hotels in Sanpada. Keep up the good work. I’d definitely recommend it to people coming to the Sanpada area.

The restaurant’s coffee was around ₹180 for one cup, and I can’t imagine what makes it that special! 😅 The housekeeping staff and the lady supervisor were kind and paid attention to our concerns, which I appreciated. Still, the stay was very disappointing. They call it a three-star hotel, but it didn’t even feel up to basic standards. There’s no elevator, the rooms and beds weren’t clean, and the bathroom lighting was poor, with some bulbs not working.
