Ashwarya Service Apartment by OYO Rooms

The bathroom was slippery, the toilet bowl moved and even tilted when I sat on it, and the bath tap knobs were hard to control. There were cockroaches, no lift, and the breakfast was awful. OYO made promises that weren't kept. There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to walk 20 minutes to find one. Not a good hotel. I don't think anyone would come back to stay here.

We had no water supply for two days, and the washroom sink tap didn't work properly. The receptionist said they'd move us to another room by evening, but we stayed in the same one for both days. There were no basic toiletries or even a water bottle. Breakfast was included in our booking, but none was provided, so we had to order from outside. We were also charged more than the booking price. The staff struggled to understand us and kept asking us to adjust, while refusing to do so themselves and pointing to the rules. I was close to filing a police complaint over this experience and some of the issues above.

The place was noisy all the time because it's near a railway line, and there were water supply problems too. The photos didn't match what we found. The blanket and pillow were dirty, and the food was far too expensive. I've never stayed in such a disgusting hotel.

The two girls with us weren't allowed to stay, even though we'd booked the room online. The staff were rude, and they also refused to give us a refund. Such terrible customer service and a miserable experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
