I needed a room urgently yesterday and managed to get one at the last minute. The manager was really helpful, and the staff were nice. The place is well kept and hygienic, and the Wi-Fi works.

Cockroaches were in the rooms, and the service was extremely poor. I’d paid an extra ₹100 per person per day for breakfast when booking through the official Fab Hotels website, but they refused to provide it. The receptionist was very rude as well. At check-in they said the room had been cleaned, but we found hair left by previous guests. I asked for it to be cleaned again and got no response.

The staff were so rude and didn’t know how to behave with girls. I’d give this hotel -10. I wouldn’t suggest it if you don’t want your day ruined.

If you’re a couple, please don’t go. The way they treat couples and speak to the girls is disgusting. Worst hotel.
