Instafeel Hotel

We held our engagement function at the Instafeel Hotel banquet for about 150 guests, booked 15 rooms for family and friends, and had lunch for around 40 people at the in-house restaurant. The food was amazing, with fresh, flavorful veg and non-veg dishes that everyone enjoyed. The banquet arrangements were handled smoothly and were well coordinated. Our guests were comfortable in the spacious, clean, hygienic rooms, which had modern interiors and a great feel. From check-in onward, the reception, housekeeping and other staff were warm and helpful, making the celebration feel even more special. Pramod ji, the restaurant and banquet manager, personally took care of every small detail and went above and beyond. His help kept everything stress-free and memorable. We had a wonderful time and recommend Instafeel Hotel for events, family functions or a comfortable stay.

The banquet was a pleasant surprise: there were no complaints about the air conditioning, food or service. There was also plenty of dedicated parking for four-wheelers. The property seems to be in an industrial area, if I have that right, but inside it was peaceful and calm during my visit. The rooms were spotless and smelled fresh when I walked in. Food and service were good, and the person who served us was helpful and informative. The front door staff member was unusually welcoming and helpful, and the front office process was straightforward, which I appreciated as a traveller. The place was neat and clean, and both the rooms and service were excellent.

The stay was relaxing, with clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms and excellent food. Aniket was especially polite and attentive, and kept helping throughout my visit to make sure everything went well. I really appreciate his effort and the team’s support. A memorable stay, and I’d recommend it.

The way I was treated at checkout put me off this hotel completely. I’d stopped there before when traveling from my village, tired and needing just 2-3 hours’ rest, so I booked by the hour. On my last visit, reception asked me to wait, perhaps while someone checked the room. After a phone call, the staff member told me to leave, without explaining anything or apologizing. It felt insulting and disrespectful, and I felt awful about it. I’ve stayed at places like Fern Residency, Tulip, and yogi metropolitan in Navi Mumbai, and I’ll stick with those. I won’t come back here.
