The food was excellent, 10/10, and this could work well for family functions when guests need somewhere to stay. The rooms are clean and nice, though quite small, which may be fine for Mumbai. Bathrooms need more cleaning. Finding the hotel can be difficult because it’s right next to a slum area. Also, although there’s a wheelchair entrance at the main gate, there isn’t one to the reception area. The lift is up 6-7 stairs. 😊

The complimentary breakfast is buffet style and really good. Staff are friendly, and the toilets are clean. Rooms are well maintained, with pleasant green and white accessories, and towels and toilet supplies are provided. It’s only 300 m from Koperkhairane railway station. A strong pick for budget travelers.

The photos on the website make this hotel look much better than it is. The suite itself was good, but cleanliness was lacking. There’s no ventilation or exhaust fan in the bathrooms, and the dining hall is so stuffy and poorly ventilated that I started to feel suffocated. I’d avoid breakfast here. One morning I found cockroaches in the butter and hair in the curry. The kitchen wasn’t kept clean either, and eating there felt unhygienic.

The staff were genuinely friendly and courteous, and the complimentary breakfast was good. But after about four nights here, I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay or a family trip. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, there was a strange smell around the property, and the parking lane is so narrow that getting the car in and out was a struggle.

It’s a nice property near koparkhairane railway station, and the food is good for a moderate price. Rooms were just okay, and the hospitality was okay too. The rates felt high once we saw the room, which was quite different from the pictures. I’m sharing some photos for reference. My experience was okay overall.
