The staff spoke to me badly, and when I said their way of talking and behaving wasn't acceptable, they said they should talk and act that way. The room I booked was tiny and unclean. I asked to move, but they said another room wasn't available and promised one when it was, then never changed my room.

The executive room is good and affordable compared with others, and the staff are very polite.

We had prepaid through Agoda and even showed the payment screenshot and the Agoda listing, but when we arrived he kept insisting they had no website on Agoda. We stood there for 30 minutes while he continued to deny it, then said, “pata nahi kisne banaya.” The whole thing felt very shady.

The Vashi location makes getting around easy. Vashi Railway Station and the central bus stand are both a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and essential services nearby. Even late at night, cabs and rickshaws are readily available.

A decent choice if you want somewhere clean and affordable.
