My room was dirty and poorly maintained, with broken amenities and hygiene issues. Staff were unprofessional and didn't respond to simple requests from the moment I checked in. I complained, but nothing was done. This was the worst hotel stay I've had, and I'd tell others to avoid it if they care about their money and peace of mind.
