Vistara Residency

We stayed at Hotel Vistara Residency for two nights, from 10th - 12th November 2025, in room no. 407. It was clean and spacious, with excellent decor, flooring, and amenities. Check-in and check-out were quick, and there are many veg.food joints nearby. The hotel is within walking distance of Rabale railway station. Rohit Sir from management was very sweet-talking and co-operative. Aslam from housekeeping was efficient at his work. Looking forward to staying again. Thanks a lot, Vistara. The food tasted horrible, and they charge extra for good services in the name of tax. They also charge more if you ask for drinking water. I told them two days ahead that I wanted to check out one day early, but they still wouldn’t refund me. Oh god, what awful service.

I’ve stayed in much costlier hotels that didn’t pay this much attention to keeping things clean or making useful use of the room’s space. This place was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere felt refreshing, and I had a really nice stay.

I spent about three and a half months, around 105 days, at Vistara Residency, Rabale, Navi Mumbai, and it came to feel like a second home. I stayed in a spacious, cozy Super Deluxe Room with all the necessary amenities, and the hotel kept it and the rest of the property exceptionally clean throughout my stay. The team made a big difference. Mr. Aalam Ansari, the room attendant, was attentive, polite, and quick to help. Hotel Manager Mr. Rohit was friendly and professional, and often went the extra mile to keep things smooth and worry-free. Everything from check-in to daily service and check-out was handled seamlessly. By the time I left, the room and staff had become part of my daily life, so I felt a bit emotional. I highly recommend Vistara Residency for short or long stays, for business or leisure. You can expect spotless rooms, excellent hospitality, and a supportive team that genuinely cares about guests.
