Alfa Inn

Getting to the airport is easy, and both the hotel and rooms were clean. There isn't a dining facility. Prices can vary, though, and staff may charge too much for things like airport transfers. I'd get service prices confirmed in writing first to avoid a surprise.

We booked an airport pickup, and the driver was there on time. The service was very good. It's close to CIAL and worked well for a layover or a short rest before a flight. Great value for money, and we'll stay there again on our next trip through CIAL.

They moved me to a different hotel without telling me first or asking if I agreed, which was very inconvenient, especially with important work commitments. I had contacted the hotel directly to book a premium room for a work trip to Angamaly, paid in advance, and confirmed it ahead of time. But when I arrived early the next morning, they said they were full and had no room for me. That was extremely unprofessional after taking my payment and confirming the booking. I was very disappointed with their service and attitude. Poor planning and no responsibility toward confirmed bookings is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values reliability and professionalism.

The billing was a major problem: I wasn't given a proper official invoice at checkout. The room was also damaged and in bad shape, and it clearly hadn't been maintained properly. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout, so the service was poor. With the maintenance, rude staff, and billing issues, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.
