SPOT ON 79555 Vijay Comforts

I booked for 21 days through OYO, but they didn’t send the hotel a confirmation. The staff were very rude, and even though I’d paid, I had to pay again at reception. The next day, the owner said there were no rooms and refused to let me stay. I never expected that kind of treatment, and I’m waiting for OYO to refund my stay.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at Vijay Comforts. My room wasn’t clean and smelled, and the staff were irritated, irresponsible, and didn’t know how to speak politely to customers. There was no service available. When I was 10 minutes past checkout, they demanded another day’s charge and wouldn’t let me leave. Worst experience ever, with no comfort at all.

The cashier was arrogant and used abusive words, and the service was negligent toward customers. Better to go somewhere else.

The staff and cleaner would come straight into our room without permission, even if we only asked for help. They just banged on the door and came in. Don’t buy food from them, it costs more than at luxury hotels.
