The place is good and clean, but I'd choose an AC room. Even with big windows, the non-AC rooms get quite hot. Ram Hospital, a multispecialty hospital, is above the place, so you know where to find a doctor if you feel sick.
Oyo's app can show one thing and deliver another, and the issue is that once they've received payment, they stop listening. While payment is pending, they give plenty of help. I'd strongly suggest always choosing pay at hotel, otherwise they won't listen even after you've paid.
The staff were very rude and asked for more money, which was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend visiting this hotel. OYO gave me good support and saved my money, so thumbs up to the Oyo team.👍
For around 1000/-, it was worth the price. The room was neither small nor big, and cleanliness was just okay. We asked for breakfast, and the bathroom was too complicated.
I got confirmation for two hotel bookings by email and WhatsApp, but when I called, the hotel said there were no rooms available. The Oyo booking experience was awful.
