Lords Inn Rajkot

The food was satisfactory, though nothing special, and the overall experience was fine. What let it down for me was the manager’s behavior at Lords Inn Restaurant Rajkot. His tone and attitude came across as rude, and he didn’t seem calm or professional. A more polite, composed approach would improve the customer experience.

We had dinner here on Valentine’s Day, and they made us feel special. Kumkum mam’s service was especially lovely. She’s a great waiter, and it was a pleasure dining here. Thanks for the great service, Kumkum mam.

Kumkum Mhato, Seema, Manju, and sangeeta served us really nicely. They’re kind and soft spoken. It’s a nice Rajkot spot to have dinner and relax with friends or family. We had a good experience, and the food tasted good.

Mosquitoes were all over the place, in the room and even at reception. Staff said they couldn’t provide a mosquito plug-in. I also told reception at 3pm that I had a severe dust allergy and asked for a proper cleaning, but nothing happened until we complained again at 10pm. Thanks to Jubair from housekeeping, who finally helped. The reception looks nice and gives a good first impression, but the room was a different story. It smelled terrible even after staff sprayed air freshener, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt and leaves on the floor, leftover coffee granules, dirty sheets, and even a dead fly in the bed. The bathroom was unhygienic, and the towels were stained. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had at Lords Inn Rajkot. It felt like a scam. Poor hygiene and poor service, not worth the money at all. I’ll never stay here again.
