The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the service was good. Staff were quick to respond and very receptive. I really felt treated like royalty. A very nice stay, and I'd recommend it.

The AC never worked, even after I complained, and there wasn't any cleanliness at all. It felt like staying in an old-fashioned lodge. A really bad experience.

The location was the only plus. We paid 2500₹ per room, but basic toiletries and water weren't provided. The cups were broken and still dirty, the kettle hadn't been cleaned, and the toilet flush didn't work. The hand shower was broken too. The flickering lights made the place feel like a horror house.

The laundry took far too long, and I never got my clothes back. The laundry service was really bad. Better to wash and dry your clothes in your own room.

The people were cooperative and the breakfast was good. We stayed as a family in an Executive Room assigned for three guests, but it was a little narrow and really only sufficient for one person. It may be okay for a short stay, though I'd recommend it for solo travellers only.
