The rooms were clean and the essential facilities were kept in good shape. SR Grand had a calm, refreshing atmosphere, and I had a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The complimentary breakfast wasn’t enough, and they didn’t provide drinking water. There were no towels or basic toiletries, and the blankets were dirty. In other hotels I’ve stayed at, staff clean rooms as a matter of course. Here, they only clean if you ask, and otherwise say it isn’t their duty. Poor service and unhygienic rooms, and not worth the money.
