The grounds are well maintained, quiet, and surrounded by greenery. Inside, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. Housekeeping and room service staff were polite and responsive, so our time at the resort itself was pleasant. The slow, very quiet atmosphere may not suit everyone. During our three-night visit, we noticed that over 80% of guests were either above 60 or families with small children. It doesn't have an active Goan vibe, so I wouldn't choose it for a young crowd or anyone hoping for that kind of atmosphere. Getting around was the biggest problem. Club Mahindra doesn't provide an official cab service, and renting a two-wheeler isn't possible because of the location and restrictions, so guests are left relying on cabs. There's just one cab agency outside the resort gate. Reception gives guests only that agency's number, and other cab services aren't allowed to pick up there. The fares are almost three times normal Goa rates. I had a horrible experience with the cab driver. When we brought it up, Club Mahindra staff refused responsibility, saying the service wasn't theirs, even though they direct guests to use it. That lack of transparency creates a conflict and a major inconvenience, with no real alternative. I'd recommend the resort only to senior citizens, families, or people planning to stay inside the property. The property and internal staff are good, but it's completely unsuitable for exploring Goa. I wouldn't recommend it to young people, couples, or first-time Goa visitors who want to get out and explore.

Happy Hub kept both kids and adults busy with painting, kokedama, VR, snooker, board games, magic shows, and other activities. The resort itself was clean and well looked after, and the staff were warm, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was a real highlight. There were plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, from salads, soups, breads, chutneys, and curries to live counters for pancakes, omelettes, dosas, chapatis, tandoor dishes, pasta, and more. Evening snacks were great too, and there was a wide dessert selection, including cakes, tarts, pastries, pies, and Indian sweets. We had an amazing stay at Club Mahindra Assonora in Goa.

A welcoming place for family time, with helpful staff, good-tasting food, and lots for kids and everyone else to do at Happy Hub. The pools and lazy river are fantastic for relaxing and having fun. It is quite far from the beach and central Goa, and there is no valet parking.

The pools were a big part of the fun, and each one felt different. One had water massage beds, another had rings of water, and the lazy river was calming, though it costs extra. We also enjoyed the guided birdwatching and stargazing, the workshops and games at Happy Hub, and especially Sabin’s magic show, where the children joined in. The eco trail is a must, with Goa’s flora and fauna beautifully shown. Our family had a great time at Club Mahindra Resort, Assonora, and would come back. The rooms were tidy and thoughtfully designed around the resort’s eco-friendly theme. Staff were quick and ready to help. Food was good, but became repetitive and could use more variety and flavor. There were very few authentic Goan dishes, which was disappointing.
