The room smelled foul and felt suffocating. Its bathroom door wouldn't close, and the main door was faulty. Once locked from inside, it jammed so badly that opening it was nearly impossible. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist dismissed us and said none were available. The reception staff were irresponsible and unprofessional. We were also disappointed by the size of the room. The rooms we got were tiny and nothing like the photos posted on Google. Before booking, we specifically asked whether there was a pool and whether the rooms faced it, and were told yes. Breakfast was included in our package, but when we arrived just 5 to 10 minutes late, the man at reception rudely told us it was all finished. When we asked why nobody had told us the breakfast timings, he said, “I forgot.” He refused to provide anything, saying the food was gone and nobody was left to cook. Why charge us for breakfast if they weren't going to provide it? This is no way to treat customers. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. We're extremely disappointed and unhappy. Please check everything properly before booking here. We highly recommend not wasting your money.

The staff were polite and friendly, and there’s a lovely friendly dog at the property named "Coco" who made sure we were safe at night. It was quiet at night, with no restaurants nearby, so we ordered from Swiggy. The property seems old, and the rooms are good but need more cleaning. It's far from the city centre, so I'd only recommend booking if you have a bike or car. The door lock was a little hard to push open. I paid Rs. 1800 for one night, but recommend the owner or manager price Standard Rooms between Rs.1200- Rs.1500. Overall, it was a good one-night halt while visiting the church, temples, and Panaji.

They let me check in an hour early, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast choices were very limited, though what they served was good quality. The AC doesn't work properly, but I didn't complain since I hadn't used it because of health issues. It's a little away from the city, so you can book if you have a vehicle. A mixed experience overall.

Coco was the best part of our stay, a well-trained, super friendly brown furry who makes you smile. The property is striking with its bright yellow walls and lots of greenery, and looks even prettier in the evening. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the promised facilities, though the door lock was a little difficult to use. The food was well prepared, with vegetarian options too. The staff were polite, helpful, and good. Loved my stay here.
