There’s a swimming pool, and the price is reasonable. Room rates are low in season, but very high at peak times. The rooms are quite good.

The floor was sticky, and there were cockroaches all over the kitchen. The towels were torn, and the seats and pillows were dirty too. I complained, but nothing was done. This was a horrible experience for me, and I’d say don’t take a room here.

Calangute Beach is within walking distance, and the staff are very supportive. A good place to stay.

The pool rules felt way too strict. Staff shouted at customers who entered after the set time, which made the place feel like a military camp. There’s no restaurant, or even a small kitchen, to get tea, coffee, or snacks quickly. The rooms have kitchens, but on a trip do guests really need to make their own coffee or arrange it through a vendor you’re connected with?
