What stood out most was how quiet and peaceful the location felt, with no bothersome noise. Nikita Residency is also well placed, and my one-day stay there was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, properly arranged and well maintained, each with its own balcony and a really nice, refreshing view. The people managing the residency and the staff were polite and friendly. They communicated well and were helpful whenever I needed something. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Nikita Residency to people visiting Goa.

Mahmood Bhai, the Manager, was humble, helpful and always there when we needed something. His hospitality made everything smooth and stress-free. Thanks also to Sadiq Bhai, the Owner, for taking such good care of the property. You can see the effort made to keep guests happy. Best Home Residency is an easy walk from Calangute Beach, the market and the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathrooms were hygienic. The place felt safe and peaceful, and the quality for the price was impressive. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it to families, couples or friends looking for somewhere comfortable near Calangute Beach. I’ll definitely visit again.

The stay was good, but the rates charged were much higher than the ones on the hotel’s menu card. Nobody told us beforehand. At checkout, they charged the higher prices and said the menu card wasn’t theirs, but belonged to a different hotel.
