The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept, and the place itself is lovely to stay in. But the pool stayed dirty even after we asked several times for it to be cleaned. We were also given a dongle instead of WiFi, and the gas cylinder hadn't been checked before guests arrived.
The helpers were very good, but the manager didn't seem to care when we had no water for washing hands, bathing, or even flushing the toilet. We ended up using pool water, and they gave us 25 ltr biseri for drinking. We stayed three days, and the colourful photos sent on WhatsApp while booking didn't match what we found. The property is near aarambol beach, but far from other places. It was a horrible experience, especially with kids and women in our group.
It's a lovely villa, though there's nowhere nearby to get food and the location is quite remote. The caretakers are a nice family, but they live in the villa, which can limit your privacy. There are lots of stairs, so it may not suit families with children or anyone with knee problems.
A couple looks after this beautiful property and was quite helpful while we were there. There are about four bedrooms and a small, cozy pool. The beaches are roughly a 20-minute drive away.
Suraj Roy really made the service stand out. He brought breakfast supplies every day and was quick to help with requests. The pool has fresh water running around the clock, and the peaceful setting made for a great stay. Baga and Calangute are a little far, while Arambol and Anjuna are about 15-30 minutes away. A fun choice for a bachelor trip or a getaway with colleagues, and I'd recommend it.
