Celebrating our second wedding anniversary at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada, Goa made the stay even more memorable. The team added lovely personal touches, including a decorated room, a gazebo setup, and a cake-cutting celebration. We’ll always cherish those gestures. Everyone was warm and caring. Suhana, Savita, and Jayavant at the front desk were consistently cheerful and supportive. Chef Narendra made delicious food, and Lattu from F&B kept everything well managed. Pinku and Biswajeet kept our room spotless and comfortable and were always helpful. The food was excellent, and having a restaurant open 24 hours was a real comfort. I’m sorry if I missed anyone or got a name wrong, every team member helped make our stay wonderful. Thank you to the whole Storii team. We’ll definitely be back! 💫

We felt like honoured guests for all four nights. The staff quickly learned our individual needs and nothing seemed too much trouble. Rooms face inward toward the pool, with balconies and the sound of running water. Breakfast had lots of choices, and we had dinner beside the pool on our last night. My room had a fabulous freestanding claw bath, and the furniture was authentic Goan. Parking was covered, with staff managing it to make access easy. The beds were turned down in the evening, and soaked almonds were left out for the morning, lovely touches. The only letdown was how cold the otherwise excellent pool was in January. I’d definitely return.

Storii by ITC Hotels, Shanti Morada has a lovely intimate boutique feel, with beautiful design throughout. My spacious room was tastefully furnished, and the generously sized bathroom made it even more comfortable. The location is peaceful and convenient for nearby beaches and local cafés. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi pool, and the food was consistently well prepared. I also visited the spa, where the masseuse’s skill and technique made the treatment deeply restorative. The service is what really sets the place apart: staff were warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Mr. Arpit Bhoa, the General Manager, was gracious and proactive, and added a thoughtful touch to the stay. His leadership shows in the hotel’s high hospitality standards. It was a comfortable stay with elegance and genuine care, and I highly recommend it.

Storii was the highlight of our India trip. Prince, Jayavant, Savita, Sayana, and the manager Arpit went above and beyond to help my friend and me, including booking drivers whenever we wanted to explore. Our driver was kind, safe, and professional. My friend and I also took a cooking class with Chef Ajay, and it was one of the best meals I had on the trip. Thank you so much!
