Housekeeping really stood out: the room was spotless, tidied carefully, and refreshed on time each day. The staff were courteous and glad to help. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, so the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. I’d recommend the hotel and would happily return.
The mornings were lovely, with birds chirping and children from the nearby Christian school laughing and singing. Our room was spacious and very clean, better than we expected, and the location in Santa Cruz worked well: about 8 minutes from Fountainhas and 10 from Miramar beach. We only stayed one night, but were glad we chose it. A neat, affordable place near Panaji that I’d recommend.
A quiet, affordable place with polite staff and good rooms. It’s about a five-minute drive from lively spots such as Joseph bar and Bawarchi restaurant. Nice place.
Really good stay. The owner responded quickly, the room was kept in good shape, and room service was very good. Service overall was top edge.
Hari was cooperative and sorted out what I needed, including a bike and an iron. I felt at home in this well-kept property. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room felt like a 1BHK flat. It’s a very good budget hotel with excellent facilities, though Marmar Beach is around 5 km away. That distance isn’t a big deal if you like going to beaches. It’s hard to find a place like this in Goa at this price, and they gave me a discount for my next visit. See you, Hari bhai!
