The food at the hotel was gorgeous, and both the main restaurant and pool restaurant were clean and comfortable. The location worked really well too: taxis were easy to get, cheap, and the drivers were lovely and spoke very good English. There isn’t much entertainment on site, so expect long evenings unless you go out. It was our first time in Goa and we chose the familiar, safe option of Hard Rock Hotels. The rooms are dated and a bit tired, but clean, cool, comfortable, and everything worked. I only wish we’d realised sooner that there are no balconies. We missed having coffee in the morning or watching the world go by in the evening, and had nowhere to dry wet bikinis and towels.

Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe was fresh and full of flavour, with a lovely atmosphere and warm hospitality. Pranav was especially helpful and courteous. He was attentive, quick to assist, and brought a positive energy that made us feel well looked after. The food, setting, and service made for a delightful breakfast.

The massage was exceptional, and the therapists were outstanding. The pool was great and the staff pleasant and efficient. Our room was clean but a little cold, had no balcony, and could use some freshening up. The dinner buffet and breakfast were disappointing, which was a shame for a hotel with this reputation. I’d also requested a birthday cake for my boyfriend, but it was forgotten and never brought to the room.

We had a good time here and were well looked after. Hujefa escorted us to and from our room, and we exchanged a few stories, which was a nice touch. The staff were kind, humble, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and well designed, with good services. The location is convenient if you want to be near the center of the market. I can’t wait to return.

The staff were professional, polite, and ready to help with a smile, and service at the restaurant was quick and attentive. The food was delicious and had plenty of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, and the property was beautiful and well maintained, with a lively feel and a nice international mix of guests. Amenities and cleanliness were up to a high standard. A great stay at Hard Rock Hotel, Goa, and one I’d recommend for a leisure break.
