The room needs better ventilation, and the bedsheets should be free of stains. Thanks to Shaizad for being helpful. Aside from that, my experience was good.

I went to check Hotel O Mukesh Chandra myself before my family visiting Goa booked it, since I live nearby. Google Maps got me to the general area, but finding the property took some searching because there were no visible signs or clear directions. A young man sitting outside, without a uniform or reception setup, confirmed I was in the right place. The room was fairly spacious, but the cleanliness was shocking. The bedsheets had visible stains, and the bathroom was in very poor condition, with large cockroaches that raised serious hygiene and safety concerns. The uneasy first impression didn't improve. In its current state, I wouldn't recommend this place to families, solo female travellers, or anyone expecting basic safety and sanitation. It was deeply disappointing. The property needs a complete overhaul or should be reconsidered for booking platforms.

The hotel goes by different names on different booking apps, and the person handling check-in was extremely lethargic. He acted as if he couldn't see the booking details, asked us to pay more and book offline, and made us wait three hours while telling us to book through multiple apps. Even after we booked, he put on another act because he wasn't happy with the amount. Such greedy, idiotic behaviour can ruin the mood and enthusiasm of people travelling from far away. The worst experience I've had.

I ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed was useless. The sheets and blanket were dirty, and there was no floor mat, hanging space, or storage. It's far from the city. Bad experience, wouldn't recommend it.
