The Golden Suites & Spa

At checkout we were leaving early in the morning, and the management packed complimentary breakfast for our journey. That was really helpful, and it was the first time I'd experienced that kind of customer service. The rooms were clean and neat, maintenance was good, and we felt safe and happy during our stay from 18 November to 21 November 2025. Most staff were polite and smiling, except the female receptionist, who I don't think is suitable for that job. The food quality could be a little better. Still, whenever I go to Goa, Hotel Golden suits calangute will be my first choice.

We had no light for 45 minutes. When I complained at reception, Ranjit said I hadn't informed anyone. Hot water was another problem: staff told us to waste a full bucket first, but even then no hot water came. Almost every request was refused, and they don't provide extra drinking water bottles. The breakfast buffet was very limited for the price. The hotel seemed understaffed, and the F&B staff were rude and unprofessional. Food wasn't cooked properly, hygiene was poor, and the room hadn't been cleaned before check-in, there was hair in it. The service, cleanliness, and facilities were far below standard. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Nice room, but the AC doesn't work properly. The food is good, though it takes about 30 minutes. The pool isn't deep, and the service isn't good.

The suites are spacious, clean, and in a very good location. We loved the hospitality and the delicious food at the in-house restaurant, which was perfect for families. My family had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Golden Suites Team.
